The Pipeline:
Sculpting (ZBrush): Focusing on "anatomy" and bold shapes. We prioritize clean, sculpted hair volumes over alpha cards to maintain that iconic stylized look.
Retopology & Modeling (Maya): Hand-optimized topology designed for perfect deformation injoints.
Baking & Texturing (Marmoset & Substance): High-to-low baking for crisp details, followed by a stylized PBR pass that balances clean forms with premium material depth.
Target: Game-ready assets optimized for Indie Devs who demand high-tier modeling standards and seamless integration.
